2. What resources and assets are you prepared to bring to your career in commercial real estate investing? Do you have or can you get resources of cash, experience and knowledge, labor and marketing?

3. What expectations do you have for income potential of your commercial real estate? Do you have the self-discipline to set up contingency funds from income and only access those funds in case of a true emergency?

You can be successful and with careful planning and a degree of enthusiasm for your chosen path, commercial real estate investing may be the best possible choice for you.
